PURPOSE:To raise the heat accumulating efficiency of a heat-accumulating water tank, by causing movement of water by ejecting a pressure fluid to stagnation areas in the water tank. CONSTITUTION:A heat-accumulating water tank 20 is divided into a plurality of small rectangular heat-accumulating chambers 24A-24F by walls 22 having connecting pipes 26, and a furnace 28 is provided in each of the chambers 24A and 24F for heating and cooling heat-accumulating water 29. The discharge side of a pump 30 for drawing out the heat-accumulating water 29 from the chamber 29A is connected via a pipe 32 to descending pipes 34 respectively of the small heat-accumulating chambers 24A, 24B, 24C, 24E, 24F. Here, movement of water 29 is caused by ejecting the heat-accumulating water toward the chamber 24B in the chamber 24A, toward a corner portion in the chambers 24B, 24C and 24E, and toward the furnace 28 in the chamber 24F, respectively, by means of nozzles 36, 38, 40 and 42. |
