PURPOSE:To permit to control the discharging amount in constant inspite of the number of revolutions of the pump by a method wherein a movable ring, fitted movably in the outer periphery of a rotor radially, is controlled eccentrically by a linear solenoid. CONSTITUTION:A control current, capable of decreasing the discharging amount Q in accordance with the increase of a vehicle speed V, is obtained in a control circuit by signals of a first sensor, detecting the number of revolutions of an engine, and the second sensor, detecting the vehicle speed. The control current is supplied to the linear solenoid 18 to vary the amount of the eccentricity of the movable ring 9 so as to reduce the discharging amount in accordance with the increase of the vehicle speed V. By reducing the discharging amount Q in accordance with the vehicle speed V, the discharging amount may be controlled in constant inspite of the number of revolutions of the pump. |
