PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of the arrangement of a band plate feeding line in a coil car by travelling the coil car to carry a band-like coil in entering equipment for the band plate feeding line in the two directions, i.e. the same and rectangular directions to said line. CONSTITUTION:The coil car 11 is tranvelled on rails 15, 15 in the rectangular direction to said line by driving a travelling motor 23 of a bottom coil car 17 to receive a coil 7 carried by an unloader 14 through crane and pull out the coil 7 by gripping levers 37, 37. The car 11 gripping the coil 7 is returned on he rails 15, 15 and stopped on a position where the rails 24, 24 of the car 17 concide with the rails of a shifting truck 5. Subsequently a top coil car 18 is transferred from the rails 24, 24 to said rails 12, 12 by driving a travelling motor 26 and stopped between mandrels 9a, 9b. A cylinder 10a is extended and the mandrel 9a is inserted into the center of the coil 7 to fit the coil 7 to the mandrel 9a. |
