Heating installation with a heating circuit (18) which interacts with a gas-fired or oil-fired heating boiler (14), a service water circuit (24) and, interacting with the latter, a heat recovery aggregate (16) consisting of a refrigerating medium (Freon 12) pump (68), a heat exchanger (60), condenser (70) and evaporator (10). To increase the degree of efficiency of the heat recovery aggregate (16) and for better utilisation of all the energy used, the evaporator (10) is arranged in the flue gas take-off (12) of the heating boiler (14), there being provided in the flue gas take-off (12) in front of the evaporator (10) an opening (30) leading into the environment (heating space or the like), which during operation of the heating boiler (14) can be closed by a room air flap (32). For still better utilisation of all the energy, the evaporator (10) is connected downstream of a flue gas heat exchanger (Economiser 34), in the flue gas take-off (12), which is part of the heating return run (20) and by the cooled return run water of the heating circuit (18) which is preheated before it passes into the heating boiler (14). Heating circuit and service water circuit can be separate from one another or directly fluidally connected. Of crucial importance, however, is the coupling between heating and service water system via the evaporator (10), arranged in the flue gas take-off, of the heat recovery aggregate (16) assigned to the service water circuit (24).

|
