PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin compsn. which is superior in impact resistance, transparency, etc., and preferable as a molding material for a blown bottle etc., by mixing a vinyl chloride resin with a rubbery graft copolymer of a conjugated diene having a specific compsn. and specific properties at a specific wt. ratio. CONSTITUTION:To 40-80pts.wt. rubbery polymer (A) of a conjugated diene (e.g. styrene/butadiene copolymer) whose average particle diameter is less than 0.07mu and the content of particles having particle diameters >=0.07mu is <=20wt%, 60-20pts.wt. vinyl monomer (B) whose main components are an arom. vinyl (e.g. styrene) and a methacrylic acid alkyl ester is graft-copolymerized. Furthermore the enlarging treatment of the component A particles is conducted during the copolymn. By mixing 2-20pts.wt. obtd. rubbery graft copolymer of the conjugated diene having an average particle diameter of 0.15-0.24mu with 98-80 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin, an aimed resin compsn. of vinyl chloride is obtd. |
