摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a permanent magnet having high residual magnetic flux density by a method wherein a plurality of raw materials having different characteristics are filled in a plurality of molds by using partition members and then, the partition members are removed to make an integral compound mold. CONSTITUTION:The main body of a die 1 is supported by a plurality of shafts 9b fixed to the mobile panel 9a of a lower cylinder 10 and is moved up and down. The main body of the die 1 is provided with a molding cavity section 3, and the molding side wall is provided with suspension supply leading-in holes 13, 14, and a suspension compressor device is connected to a pipe. A plurality of molding cavity sections 3, 3a are filled with a plurality of suspension materials having different characteristics respectively at high pressure and are slightly compacted. After removing the partition members, a plurality of the molding cavity sections 3, 3a are formed as the same cavity section which is compacted and compressed to form one body, and a compound molding permanent magnet is obtained. In this way, a permanent magnet having high residual magnetic flux density can be obtained.
