PURPOSE:To obtain the titled member with high melting point which is extremely superior in abrasion resistance and durability and feeds ink smoothly by binding plural secondary wire rods obtained by winding abrasion and corrosion resisting metallic wire rod around a core material, heating the bundle to melt out the core material and forming many penetration holes. CONSTITUTION:The abrasion and corrosion resisting metallic wire rod 2 having higher melting point than a metallic core material is wound around the metallic core material to prepare the secondary wire rod 3. Plural wire rods 3 are inserted into an outer pipe 4 e.g. to bind them and the flux of the wire rods 3 is heated at a proper temperature higher than the melting point of the core material 1 and lower than the melting point of the wire rod 3. By the heating the core material 1 is melted out 5, so that a cylindrical member in which many penetration holes are uniformly distributed and formed. The obtained cylindrical member 9 having a proper length is used as an ink guiding part and a ball supporting surface 10 is formed on the tip part of the member 9. A low melting point metallic brasing material such as gold solder and silver solder is used as the core and stainless wire, nichrome or the like is used as the winding wire rod. |
