PURPOSE:To increase the effective output of the engine with a reduced load of the engine by controlling the rotation of a driving motor of an electric balancer according to output of a vibration detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A vertical vibration of a suspension member 7 is absorbed with the rotation of a pair of balance weights 8-1 and 8-2 provided on a suspension member 7. In this case, the balance weights 8-1 and 8-2 are electric balancers driven by motors 9-1 and 9-2. The motors 9-1 and 9-2 are controlled by detection signals S1 and S2 of vibration sensors 11-1 and 11-2 for detecting vibration of side members 10-1 and 10-2 provided near balance weights 8-1 and 8-2.
