PURPOSE:To prepare the titled fish meat imparted with taste of fatty flesh of tuna, by mixing a pasty or minced raw fish meat having low fat content with an edible oil or fat and kneading the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The head, guts, bones and skin are removed from raw or frozen fish having low fat content, e.g. bream, flatfish, etc., and the fish meat is processed to pasty meat or minced meat. The obtained raw fish meat is mixed with 10-40wt% edible oil or fat such as fish oil, vegetable oil, etc., optionally added with a seasoning, spice, fish roe, algae, etc., and kneaded to obtain a fish meat paste.
