PURPOSE:To facilitate the post fitting work of a cooler by providing an opening/closing door on a cooler installation position of an integrated type case integrated with a cooler case, heater or one or two types of blower cases. CONSTITUTION:In case a cooler is to be subsequently fitted to an integrated type case of only a heater, after an evaporator assembly body 26 is assembled, an upper insulator 27 is fitted above and a drain pan 28 is fitted below, then a door 19 is fully opened and an assembly body 21 is inserted in an arrow direction by means of a sliding guide 20. When it is further inserted, a grommet 38 with its outer periphery fixed to a case 13 and a grommet 40 fixed to a tow board 23 are pressed by an insulator 36 of the piping section of the assembly body 21 and are pulled toward the insertion direction along the insulator 36, and finally the upper insulator 27 and drain pan 28 of the assembly body 21 are put in contact with the inner surface of the case 11, then the insertion is completed in a condition that no gap is left between the case 11 and assembly body 21. |
