PURPOSE:To beautify the appearance with a strengthened carrier connection of a planetary gear device by ultrasonic deposition of a deposit column and a projection fitted into a hole section after the projection of a carrier main disc is inserted into the hole section in a carrier subdisc. CONSTITUTION:A planetary gear type speed reducer is made up of a fixed internal gear 3, a solar gear 1 and a planetary gear 2. A carrier 4 supporting the planetary gear 2 is composed of a carrier main disc 4a and a carrier subdisc 4b. The projection 14 of the carrier main disc 4a is inserted into a hole section 15 of the carrier subdisc 4b and then, a deposit column 16 and the projection 14 are combined together by ultrasonic deposition. |
