PURPOSE:To progress a program and to improve the efficiency of debugging, by comparing the result of execution with information defined in advance, correcting a bug forcedly when the bug exists, and informing the presence of the bug externally, at the end of each phase of the program. CONSTITUTION:A defining device 4 is connected between an input device 2 and a processor 1 of a simulator, and the device 4 is provided with a memory storing information defined at each phase of a program of debug objective. The program being the debug objective is executed on simulation basis at the processor 1 and the result of processing of the program is outputted to an output device 3. At the end of each phase of the program, the processor 1 compares the result of execution with the information stored in the device 4 in advance, and a bug is forcedly corrected and the presence of the bug is informed to the device 3, the program is advanced and the efficiency of debugging is improved. |
