In the case of a rotor blade formation for rotors of wind power stations the blade tip is swivellable by way of an articulated element in order to influence the speed of rotation. The swivel axis is located in the rotor blade plane and at an angle to the rotor blade centre line. The swivel movement of the blade tip occurs as a function of the speed of rotation against and with the wind direction, a starting position being automatically adjustable by way of a spring element and a braking position by way of an additional weight. <IMAGE>
