PURPOSE:To improve the extrusion molding productivity by integrating the rim cushion rubber and reinforced rubber stock inside the rim into a large-sized rim cushion which is the composition of a specific rubber mixture, specific carbon black and specific resin. CONSTITUTION:A large-sized rim cushion 7 is used, which is made by integrating the rim cushion rubber and reinforced rubber stock of a tire. It is the composition of a polymer made by block-polymerizing syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene to cis 1,4-polybutadiene; natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber, etc. or a mixture of these and diene-series rubber; and carbon black with an average grain size of 50mmu or less, cumarone resin, phenol-series resin, thermoplastic resin of the mixture of these, thermosetting resin of novolak type phenol-series resin, etc, or resin of the mixture of these. |
