The invention, as shown in the cross-sectional picture in fig.1, relates to a vessel which has a movable base, divided up by a system of flaps. This system of flaps is so designed that it can accommodate, enclose and ultimately discharge so-called buoyancy bodies into the vessel liquid, the buoyancy bodies being coupled together by an endless chain or an endless elastic connection. This coupling system is led via an upper and a lower deflection sheave. Any leakage water occurring is returned to the vessel by means of a pump. <IMAGE>
