COMPOSITION FOR SLIDE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an injection-moldable slide material composition high in a limit PV value and hardly damaging an opposed material, obtained by adding hydroxybenzoyl polyester and natural scaly graphite to a fluororesin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. injection-moldable fluororesin[e.g. ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (Tefuzel 200 by Mitsui Fluorochemical Co.)]is compounded with 10-100pts.wt. mixture prepared by mixing hydroxybenzoyl polyester (e.g. Econol E101 by Sumitomo Chemical Co.) and natural scaly graphite[one with a particle size of about 300 mesh or less and fixed carbon of about 95% or more is pref. (e.g. CPB-30 by Chuetsu Graphite Co.)]in a weight ratio of 90:10-40:60 and the formed compound is kneaded by a Henschel mixer to obtain a slide material composition.
