PURPOSE:To rationalize the arrangement of automatic assemblying devices so that the arrangement may be simplified, by intermittently rotating a turntable on which a plurality of workheads are laid at a predetermined pitch, at a pitch plural times larger than the above-mentioned pitch. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of workheads (a, b) are arranged on the peripheral part of turntable 10, at a constant pitch. The workheads are intermittently rotated two pitchs by two pitchs together with the turntable 10 after the workheads receives works at a working position P1 from a work supply device 20. AT a working position P5, the work 1 is press-fitted into a sheathed casing 2, is covered with a cap 3 at a working position P7, and is spot-welded at a working position P9. The assembled article is shifted to the work head (b) at a position P12 from a position P11 while it is made upside-down, is covered with a cap 4 at a position P7 and is welded at a position P9. The completed product is discharged at a position P10. The arrangement may be simplified by juxtaposing the working positions having the same function. |
