AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR FASTENING AND UNFASTENING BOLT FOR CONCRETE FORMWORK

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficinecy by opposing a concrete formwork to a nut rotating device so that a several number of bolts are simultaneously fastened and unfastened. CONSTITUTION:A concrete formwork 1 is set on rollers arranged on a lift table 4 in a lift unit 5, and as well a several number of guide members 8 are attached to a supporting member 7 secured to supporting columns, orthogonally to the suporting member 7 at positions corresponding to the position of bolts on the above-mentioned formwork 1. Each guide member 8 has a concave shape and is slidably fitted with a bearing shaft 10 through a screw shaft 9. The bearing unit 10 is secured with a wrench column 11 in the front end part of which there is disposed a drive shaft 12 having a socket 13 and rotatably controlled from the exterior.
