DUST COLLECTOR FOR BELT CONVEYER

PURPOSE:To efficiently scrape off and collect dust adhering to a belt, by providing a suitable number of cleaners equipped with a dust scraping chip contacting with a whole area in the direction of a belt width from the bottom surface of a carrying belt conveyer. CONSTITUTION:Conveyed materials carried on a belt 1' of a conveyer 1 are dropped in a chute 5 while dust adhering to surfaces of the belt 1' is scraped off by a chip 2 of a cleaner 3 and collected into the chute 5. When the chip 2 of the cleaner 3 is worn or if the dust is cohesively stuck to the chip 2 to decrease a scraping effect, the dust passes through the cleaner 3 to turn around bottom surfaces of the conveyer 1. While a suitable number of cleaners 10 are provided on a frame 7 of a collecting conveyer 6 and a chip 8 of the cleaner 10 efficiently scrapes off the turning dust onto a belt 6' of the conveyer 6.
