PURPOSE:To accelerate a work on main rollers in a carrier conveyer, by integrally providing auxiliary wheels, whose diameter is different from that of the main roller, to the main roller of a chain and contacting the wheel to a rail. CONSTITUTION:If a stopper 10 is lowered, a work W is transferred to the rear, however, an auxiliary wheel 8 of small diameter is contacted to a fixed rail G immediately after the stopper 10, and the work W on main rollers 2 is fed at a maximum speed V1. Then in the rear, the wheel 8 of small diameter is contacted to a rail B to maintain the high speed V1, if this contact is released, an auxiliary wheel 7 of large diameter is contacted to a rail D to obtain a medium speed V2. Further in the rear, a rail E is contacted to the upper surface of the wheel 7 of large diameter to obtain a minimum deceleration speed V3 and suppress the speed, then the work W is stopped by a lift of the stopper 10, here the worker performs work. |
