PURPOSE:To allow the clock part offset circuit part of the titled device to add an offset voltage to a clock input part through simple constitution without decreasing the gm of a differential amplifier part and to vary its value easily. CONSTITUTION:The constitution obtained by removing resistances (2r) and (r) from a level shifting circuit part 11 and replacing a resistance R+r by a resistance R is the original form of a level shifting circuit of this kind, and an input terminal signal is shifted in level as specified. In this case, the resistances (2r) and (r) of an offset circuit 13 are connected to the emitter circuit of transistors (TR) Q21 and Q22 and one resistance R is replaced by the resistance R+r, which is connected from their insertion part to the clock input part of the circuit part 12, so an offset voltage r.I is added to the clock input part in addition to original levelshifting operation. Thus, the desired offset voltage is added to the clock input part, so the offset voltage value is varied easily without decreasing the gm of the differential amplifier part. |
