<p>PURPOSE:To control and regulate the uniformly divided inflow into aeration tanks withour adding sensors separately in sewage treatment by providing samplers and applying the feedback rates from flowmeters to the respective basins of the aeration tanks. CONSTITUTION:At every sampling period set beforehand in samplers 9, the inflow rates to the respective basins of aeration tanks 2 at the point of said time are inputted from flowmeters 4A-4C provided in the inlets of the respective basins to an adder 7. The values are held until the next sampling time, and at every sampling time, the adder 7 calculates the total inflow rate to the tanks 2 at the point of that time. The result thereof is divided by the number of the basins in a distributing operator 8, and the results thereof are inputted as target values to controllers FC/1-FC/3 for controlling flow rates corresponding to inflow valves 3A-3C to the respective basins. The respective controllers control the opening and closing of the inflow valves by the control operations in accordance with the target values and the current flow rate signals from the flowmeters.</p> |
