PURPOSE:To simultaneously attain writing and reading data by transferring data stored in a write only memory to a read only memory according to a transfer command. CONSTITUTION:When a write command is issued, write data is stored in the write only memory 10 in response to the command. Then the data in the write only memory 10 is transferred to the read only memory 14 according to the transfer command from a transfer command means 12, when a controller issues a read command, data is outputted from the read only memory 14 according to the read command. Thus the alternative action between writing and reading data can be eliminated, and moreover large amounts of data can be transferred simultaneously.
