PURPOSE:To perform the indexing rotation of an indexing board simply through single operation, by converting the driving force for rotating the index board through a cam and drawing back an index pin. CONSTITUTION:An index board 8 is rotated against an indexing device 1 and positioned by proper number of indexing holes 9 and indexing pins 17. When rotating the index board 8, a rotary shaft 23 is rotated. A cam board 19 stopped circumferentially to the rotary shaft 23 will rotate but since the index board 8 is blocked by the index pin 17, a cam nails 11 and 25 will rotate relatively to lower the cam board 19 against a spring 26. Upon lowering of the cam board 19, the index pin 17 will also lower to rotate the index board 8 freely. When rotating the rotary shaft 23 furthermore, the index board 8 will rotate to enter the index pin 17 into an index hole 9 at the following index position thus to complete the index operation. |
