For the implementation of a function check a modifiable store SSP is assigned a store position SS1 whose content can be determined via a peripheral unit T1 in such manner that a first item of data provides normal active connection of a working store ASP to a data bus D (or JA) of the telecommunications system, and the first item of data is replaced by a second item of data to enable a function check to be effected e.g. in respect of peripheral devices by causing connection of the store SSP, which determines the operational sequence of the function check, to be actively connected to the data bus D (or JA) instead of the working store. <IMAGE> |
