PURPOSE:To make the characteristics of an ink jet stable to the frequency fluctuation, by fastening a vibrating plate to a liquid chamber provided with a nozzle through an O-ring, thereby absorbing any composite resonance by the O- ring. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating plate 4 is fastened to a liquid chamber structure 1 by screws 7 through an O-ring 6 clamped by flanges of the liquid chamber structure 1 and the vibrating plate 4 respectively. As a result, an air gap is left therebetween; therefore, the liquid chamber structure 1 and the vibrating plate 4 will not come in direct contact with each other. Accordingly, the efficiency of ink becoming particulate is made extremely stable to the fluctuation of the exciting frequency. |
