PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized device by oscillating a light spot focused on a disk through a condenser lens at a specific frequency through the fine deflection of a semiconductor laser luminous flux deflecting device. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 10 is equipped by soldering, etc., near the tip of a metallic cantilever 150 in a rectangular prism shape through an auxiliary heat sink 130. The metallic cantilever 150 is fixed at one side by a clamper 170 made of the same metallic material or separately worked metal. To the metallic cantilever 150, a couple of electrostrictive element plates 140a having electrodes on both surfaces which expand and contact by an electrostrictive effect in the lengthwise direction 220 of the cantilever 150 are stuck at different positions from the semiconductor laser 10. From the electrodes which are not in contact with the metallic cantilever 150 on the electrostrictive element plates 140a, lead lines 230a ad 230b are led out to lead out or apply voltage from or to the electrodes. |
