<p>A pool for the storage of fluids under pressure. The pool is sealed from above by a membrane that is elastic under the storage pressure and which bears an incoherent protective layer. The elastic membrane varies between fully deflated and inflated states in dependence on the amount of fluid in the pool and the protective layer follows such variations.</p> |
