PURPOSE:To offer an engagement tool having no shake and good appearance characteristics by a method wherein a projected piece corresponding to a nail piece in a case is simply composed for effective welding unitary construction as a path for applied current in arc welding, spot welding or the like. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 1 is mounted in a case 2 so that at least one magnetic pole face of said permanent magnet 1 may be exposed. Next, the case 2 and the permanent magnet 1 are mounted on a ferromagnetic metal plate 3 so that one magnetic pole face of the permanent magnet 1 may closely contact with said metal plate 3. A projected piece 2a is melted by supplying current after providing electrodes on the case 2 and the metal plate 3 face amd the opening fringe of the case 2 is melted and attached on the end face of the metal plate 3 to closely contact each other. |
