PURPOSE:To permit the installation of engagement tools without having flaws on mounting faces of cloth or thin skin or the like by a method wherein a permanent magnet is mounted on a thermoplastic synthetic resin substrate by caulking in an engagement tool utilizing a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic metal plate 2 is locked to one magnetic pole face of a permanent magnet 1 with the aid of a case 6 so that the ferromagnetic metal plate 2 and the permanent magnet 1 may be in one united body, and a ferromagnetic lever 2a standing up through a hole 1 is protruded and caulked to the metal plate 2. In the other engagement tool, a substrate protruding a ferromagnetic lever 3a through a ferromagnetic metal plate 3 is caulked to a synthetic resin mounting washer 4. Furthermore, the protruded leg pieces 4a, 4a are penetrated through the mounting substrate 5 for fixing. |
