PURPOSE:To improve the finish of cooking by adjusting heating conditions according to the initial temperature of food put in a heating chamber in an automatic electronic oven range. CONSTITUTION:When an oven and a grill operate, a finish sensor 9 detects the initial temperature of food 11 immediately after the start of cooking and inputs the same in a control unit 10. Based on this inital temperature, the control unit 10 ajusts heating conditions according to a prescribed program, and then controls heaters 4 and 5. The finish of cooking can be improved by this constitution, since heating is made in consideration of the initial temperature of the food 11. |
