PURPOSE:To obtain a printing screen whose quantity of printing paste can readily be controlled by a method wherein a screen whose patterns have been etched to make them blank is piled-up one upon another which has been etched in a mesh form. CONSTITUTION:When solder paste is printed, eacn of the same patterns on a screen 1 (copper etching plate), an all-mesh screen 2, and a screen 3 (copper etching plate or mesh plate) is etched to form a mesh portion and another without meshes, so that up to 0- several mesh sheets can be determined respectively depending on the pattern. Accordingly, the portion adjacent to a fine pattern can freely be controlled in such a manner that the quantity of paste is secured without meshes in accordance with the thickness of a film. |
