PURPOSE:To prevent horizontal oscillation by coupling a movable base provided with a turntable, etc., with a fixed base through a cordlike member. CONSTITUTION:Through nothc parts 21 of four boss parts 11 of the movable base 2, a wire 22 as the cordlike member is extended among top end parts of four poles for supporting the movable base 2 on the fixed base 1 elastically along the reverse surface circumference of the movable base 2, and both end parts are locked by a tension adjuster 23. The wire 22 is fixed to the movable base 2 through a wire clamp 24 fixed on the reverse surface of the movable base 2. The wire 22 is fixed to poles on the diagonal between the left lower part and right upper part. Thus, the movable base 2 is prevented from oscillating horizontally. |
