In this simultaneous transmission device, a substantial number of transmitting systems are intended to be activated for the transmission of light with short pulses via feeder cables. For this purpose, the invention provides that the short pulses are transmitted as flashes of light by means of light or infrared radiators which are fed by a central pulse transmitter (IG), that delay components (T1...T3) are connected upstream of the outputs of the central pulse transmitter (IG) and further delay components (T11...T33) are connected downstream of the inputs to the transmitters (S11...S33). A simultaneous transmission device of this type is suitable in particular for time division multiplex signal transmission by means of a plurality of transmitters distributed in one area.
