The invention concerns a device for manoeuvring a window casement (1), particularly a window frame that is so pivotally attached to a window frame (2) that the window casement rotates outside of a wall section (3) intended for the attachment of the window frame. An arm (5) has been designed to be pivotally (9) attached to a holder (7) for the window encasement. The arm is formed as parts (5a, 5a') that mutually interact with each other around an axis of rotation (6).
