PURPOSE:To attain the flat frequency characteristics and low distortion, by increasing the rigidity and internal loss, through the mixing of specific amount of rice hulls to an organic high polymer as a reinforcement member. CONSTITUTION:As the reinforcement member in the organic high polymer, 10wt%-70wt% of rice hulls is mixed to form a composite for a speaker diaphragm. In the other case, organic, inorganic fibers or flaky organic pieces are mixed with rice hulls. As the organic high polymer, a thermoplastic resin synthesized pulp is used. Thus, in comparison with the diaphragm using conventional organic high polymer, the physical property of high internal loss and rigidity with a low cost is provided and a speaker having flat frequency characteristics and low distortion is manufactured. |
