PURPOSE:To provide a titled manufacturing apparatus which can readily and stably obtain foamable material having desired foaming rate and formed with a notch at part of the screw flight of resin guide unit of the second extruding machine, to which molten resin composition is introduced. CONSTITUTION:In order to provide a notch at the connecting part of a screw cylinder 2 and a molten resin introducing connecting tube 5 at the screw 3 of the second extruding machine 1 for extruding and foaming, part of the screw flight 6 is cut. Gas vent from a screw base 4 can be eliminated. It is preferred to set the length W1 of the notch 7 to 2D>W1>D/2 with the diameter D of the tube 5 as a reference due to the sealability and the resin baking. When the length W2 of the part having no notch of the screw flight 6 at the inlet part is set to W2<D/2, gas sealability does not become unstable. |
