PURPOSE:To enhance strength of poles by employing 3-pole structure of the first pole surface and the second, third surfaces which cross the first surface and are magnetized by the second pole in the opposite polarity to the first surface. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 10 is a plastic magnet mold, rubber maget mlod or ferrite sintered material having the sectored cross-section obtained by dividing a cylindrical body. The magnet 10 has the orientation of magnetic particle starting from the arc surface 11 which will become the pole surface and extending to both side surfaces 12, 13 which are crossing the arc surface 11 and opposing each other. Thus, the first pole is magnetized, while the second pole of the opposite polarity is magnetized on both side surfaces 12, 13. In case a magnetic roller as a magnet device is formed in such a manner that the polarity of poles of the pole surface is opposed alternately by such magnet 10, the magnetic path of maganetic flux becomes short and the leakage flux is also reduced. Accordingly, the strength of magnetic pole formed on the circular arc 11 can be enhanced sufficiently. |
