PURPOSE:To assure both the averaged overall photometry and the partial photometry with a simple constitution, by controlling electrically the cut-off of the light of an object to be photographed which transmits through a condensing member having different optical characteristcs. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 2b is adhered close to the rear side of a condenser lens 3 having different optical characteristics between the center and its peripheral regions A and B excepting the part corresponding to the region A. At the same time, an electrode 2'b similar to the electrode 2b and set opposite to the electrode 2b is adhered close to a transparent glass substrate 1. A liquid crystal is enclosed between the electrodes 2b and 2'b. Therefore the light of a subject is cut off electro-optically due to a black display of the liquid crystal when the electrodes 2b and 2'b conduct. Thus both the averaged overall photometry and the partial photometry are assured with a simple constitution using just a single photodetecting element. |
