<p>PURPOSE:To reuse chips of a composite material of thermoplastic resin and paper material and to extrusion mold the captioned sheet by further adding the same resin to a pellet which is produced by adding polyolefin resin to the chips and kneading the mixture. CONSTITUTION:After (A) a composite material of thermoplastic resin and paper material (e.g., foamable polyolefin is laminated on a cardboard or the like) is formed to chips (preferably divided into squares of 2-50mm.), (B) polyolefin resin is added so that the content of the paper material becomes lower than 50% (hereinafter %) by weight in the chips, the mixture is kneaded at a temperature of ordinarily 80-200 deg.C, and is pelletized. Subsequently, the resin B is added so that the content of the paper material becomes lower than 40% in the pellet, and the mixture is then extrusion molded, thereby obtaining the objective sheet. EFFECT:The sheet in which the surface is smooth and the paper material is uniformly dispersed can be obtined. Resources can be reused.</p> |
