PURPOSE:To realize economically and easily a service requested newly, by providing a required number of service function modules constituting each service function and function coupling modules selecting and coupling the service function modules. CONSTITUTION:A digital exchange 1 discriminates a response module 8 providing a fundamental unit function constituting each service function, a conversion module 9, a storage module 10, a calculation module 11 and a requested service function, and is provided with a function coupling module 7 selecting and coupling the required module, and a plurality of connector 6 connecting the coupling module 7 to the exchange 1. When a caller desires a guide service and transmits a prescribed selection number, the exchange 1 connects a telephone set 2 to the coupling module 7, and transmits discriminating information of the guide service to the module 7. Thus, the module 7 connects the module 8 to the telephone set 2 to return the guide message. |
