PURPOSE:To absorb a large voltage appeared at a load terminal quickly, by connecting a diode between an output side of a series control transistor and a Zener diode to obtain a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage at a load terminal (b) increases or decreases, a current flowing to a diode D2 increases or decreases and the voltage at the load terminal (b) is controlled to a set reference voltage with a Zener diode D1. If a high voltage due to electrostatic or magnetic induction interference is generated at the terminal (b), a diode D4 is conductive and this voltage is absorbed through the diodes D4 and D1, allowing to stabilize the voltage applied to a load 2 remarkably. |
