PURPOSE:To prevent the rust, blackening, irregular surface of an engaging implement after a plating is integrally performed at once by clamping a caulked tube of funnel type with bottom of the surface of a plate opposite to the surface of a plate projected with or contacted with a projection and opening or cutting a hole at the end of the top of the tube. CONSTITUTION:Numeral 1 designates a permanent magnet, to which one pole surface a ferromagnetic plate 2 is clamped, and a ferromagnetic plate 3 is magnetically detachably contacted with the other pole surface in such a manner to be magnetically detachably contacted at the ends of ferromagnetic projections 2a, 3a projected from both the plates 2 and 3, and a caulking tube 4 of funnel type with bottom on the surface of a plate opposite to the surface of a plate projected with or contacted with a projections 2a, 3a and opening or cutting a hole 4a at the end of the top of the tube 4 is spot welded. The hole 4a is opened or cut at the top end of the tube 4, which is spot welded to the plates 2, 3 or is bonded via bonding agent to the plates 2, 3 and is plated. |
