PURPOSE:To form a controller for thyristor elements in a small type by a method wherein the in-phase thyristor elements are connected respectively to the single pulse amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:A group of the thyristor elements Tu1F, Tu2R connected in in- phase and in antiparallel are constituted as to be controlled to be triggered through pulse transmitters PT1, PT2 by providing the single pulse amplifying circuit PA. By controlling to trigger the whole in-phase thyristors respectively by the common pulse amplifying circuit like this, the quantity of the pulse amplifying circuit is reduced by half, and formation in the small type and sharp reduction of manufacturing cost can be attained. Moreover according to the same way, this method can be applied to a thyristor bridge circuit connected in in-phase and in forward parallel. |
