<p>PURPOSE:The title gasifier designed to separate and take out dry distillation gas and water gas from a dry distillation gasifier provided before a molten hearth gasifier respectively. CONSTITUTION:The pulverized coal C from the coal feeder 2 is agitated and transferred by the fins 3b of the dry distillation gasifier 3 of the rotary furnace type, and the dry distillation gas G2 is produced by heating at 600 deg.C with the water gas G1. The gas G2 is taken out of the gasifier 3 via the take-out 3g, and utilized effectively. The coke (semi-coke) in the residue is fed from the outlet 3e of the gasifier 3 to the gasifier 4 of the molten hearth type, and dropped to the molten iron M on the hearth 4a, then mixed with the steam from the nozzles 4C to produce the water gas G1, which is fed to the waste-heat boiler 5 and partly to the unit 3, and the remaining gas to the CO converter 7, the steam G3 from the boiler 5 is sent to the gasifier 4 and the unit 7 respectively, and utilized.</p> |
