PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive and highly reliable titled apparatus by using an apparatus consisting od synchronized cylinders accompanied by kicker cylinders for accurately synchronizing rolling-down-cylinders which open and close forming rolls. CONSTITUTION:A rolling work is started in a closed state of forming rolls 1 and 1'; an working oil enclosed in a chamber (a) of each cylinder of the rolls is set to a low pressure by each relief valve 16. And when a material to be worked passes through the rolls 1 and 1', a high pressure is produced by the hydraulic oil enclosed to chamber (a). When the roll 1 is required to open rapidly while rolling, the pressure of a hydraulic pressure source is sent to a chamber (c) of a synchronizing cylinder 3 to move a piston by energizing solenoids B and E, thereby an oil in a chamber (d) is sent to chambers (b) of the rolling down cylinders 2 to actuate the roll 1 to the roll opening direction. At the same time, the oil in the chambers (a) is discharged to the side of a tank by energization solenoid valve 14. While the roll is stopped in an opened state, solenoids B and C are energized by a kicker cylinder 4 connected to the cylinder 3 to move a prston of the cylinder 3 further to the right side. Further, as a controlling of the rolls 1 and 1' is made to actuate bisymmetrically, the device at the right side in the figure is actuated in the same manner. |
