PURPOSE:To improve insecticidal and fungicidal effect and to prevent the thermal decomposition of the other part of drug, by arranging a number of small amounts of drugs in separated sections and successively heating the drug in each section for a specific period with specific intervals, thereby evaporating the drug within an extremely short time. CONSTITUTION:For example, a number of small cavities 2 are formed along the vertical direction X, Y of an evaporation plate 1 having a heat-conduction part 4 at the bottom. Each small cavity 2 is filled with a drug 3 to effect the arrangement of a number of small amounts of drugs in separated sections. A heating element 5 having nearly the same size as the heat-conduction part 4 is intermittently and vertically transferred along the evaporation plate 1 to heat the drug 3 in each small cavity 2 at specific intervals and evaporate the drug within an extremely short time. Since the drug concentration in air increases following a saw-toothed pattern having peak value, it reaches a high level within an extremely short time and the objective vermin and fungus resistant to the mean drug concentration can be killed by the high peak concentration. Furthermore, the method has many advantages such as the reduction of the influence of heat to the drug of the other sections, which results in excellent effect in preventing thermal decomposition of the drug.
