PURPOSE:To obtain excellent anti-vibrative performance and make the construction in small size and lightweight by opposing the elasticity of an initially coned disc spring to the relative displacement of the cylinder to piston caused by an external force and by allowing the fluid friction between a viscous fluid and a bulkhead to perform a damping action. CONSTITUTION:Two initially coned disc springs 26, 27 are arranged between cylinder 10 and piston 18. O-rings 28-31 are fitted between these disc springs and the bulkheads 17, 23 of cylinder 10 and piston 18, and a chamber 32 is filled with a viscous fluid. Vibration suppressing effect is obtained through action of an orifice formed between these bulkheads 17, 23. |
