发明名称 QUICKLY MEASURING METHOD FOR GROWN QUANTITY OF CANCER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make possible the measurement of produced gas simply and quickly, by sampling a sample in a graduated test tube and reacting after adding an air bubble stabilizer and then, measuring the quantity of the gas produced by reacting the sample as the volume of air bubbles by the produced gas. CONSTITUTION:In calculation of numbers of bacteria of an aerotropic microorganism in water soluble metal processing oil and foods containing a great deal of salt[miso, soy sauce etc. (soy-bean products)], a sample is sampled in a graduated test tube and a surface active agent such as a domestic detergent having about 0.01-1% concentration is added as an air bubble stabilizer and moreover, H2O2 water having 0.1-30% concentration is added and then, reaction is carried out at 5-40 deg.C for 5-90min. The numbers of the bacteria in the sample are measured in good accuracy by measuring the volume of air bubbles by produced gas and finding produced quantity of the air bubbles in the actual spot simply in a short time by using a calibration curve found the relation between the quantity of the produced gas and the numbers of the bacteria by using already known numbers of the bacteria of the aerotropic microorganism preliminarily. Measuring method of this invention is useful for measuring activity of catalase especially. In this manner, quality control of the processing oil or the foods containing a great deal of salt, is carried out appropriately.
