PURPOSE:To perform automatic balancing control through simple constitution by moving a power supply piston through an oscillatory plate which responds to damping force by a multistage wet type clutch, and thus performing feedback control over a pump which operates the clutch. CONSTITUTION:When hydraulic pressure from a pump 36 is applied to a brake housing, damping force is applied to a load shaft through the multistage clutch consisting of a friction plate and a steel plate. The oscillatory plate 24 of the brake housing oscillates in response to the damping force to move the power piston 32, thereby controlling a pump port 40, etc. Then, the pump 36 is brought under feedback control to apply the load shaft with constant damping pressure set through a pressure regulating valve 47. Automatic balancing control is performed by this simple constitution, so desired specific damping torque is generated speedily and securely with good responding characteristics. |
